We offer a variety of customizable items and can often offer a custom designed piece. Please note that if you opt for pick-up we do not provide any packing/wrapping materials for your purchase beyond our regular retail packaging (the item is not packaged/bubble wrapped to ship).
Message us for coupon to remove shipping cost if you prefer to pick-up your item. We are often in and out of the studio within the above hours so pickup MUST be pre-arranged - no "drop ins" (or we might not be there!). Date and time (within a 1 hour window) of pick-up must be provided with at least 48 hours notice. Pick-up hours are *usually* available Monday-Thursday, 11am-6pm. If you prefer to save on shipping costs you can pick up your purchase at my Toronto studio located at 15 Adrian Avenue. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date for any parcels travelling outside of Canada - and we do not provide refunds if the item does not reach you in time (as items may be delayed by customs).
